Deltronic Class X Pin Gages

The Industry Standard:

Deltronic Class X Pin Gages are the industry standard for Class X pin gaging. Pin gages can be ordered as individual pins, as 25 pin sets, as libraries, or as Go/NoGo sets. Sets include a double-ended handle that can be marked with fixed gage sizes for an additional fee, or a split-mate bushing can be purchased allowing for easily convertable Go/NoGo combinations. Deltronic gages come with a certificate of conformance. Long-form and known-size master certification is available on request for an extra charge.

To Order Individual Gages:

Simply specify the gage sizes and quantities desired. Price breaks are offered at the quantities listed for the ENTIRE GAGE ORDER, meaning you can order 10 individual gage sizes and receive the 10 & UP price break. Gages do not have to be the same size to receive a price break.

To Order Go/No Go Sets:

Specify a Go and NoGo gage size, handle type (2-end or convertable split-mate), and whether markings are desired. Please note that markings are an extra charge and are unavailable for convertable handles. Please call for pricing.

To Order TP25 Gage Sets:

Select a nominal gage size. The gage sets consist of 12 gages above and below your nominal size in .0001″ increments. Please call for pricing.


Plug Gage Measuring – The art of using pre-sized precision metal plugs to determine the acceptability of diameters of drilled or machined holes. The difference between any class of gage is not the wear or life span of the gage, it’s the tolerance which is allowed in the manufacturing process of the gage.

Class ZZ Gages – These gages have an inch tolerance of .0002” and a metric tolerance of .005mm. They are practical where good precision and speed are important.

Class Z Gages – These gages have an inch tolerance of .0001” and a metric tolerance of .0025mm. They are one half the deviation of the ZZ for a better fit.

Class X Gages – These gages are available with an inch tolerance of .00004” and a metric tolerance of .001mm. These gages are used where greater precision is needed.

Class XX Gages – These gages have an inch tolerance of .00002” and a metric tolerance of .0005mm. They are one half of the deviation of the X.  Great for your most critical inspection needs.
